General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for Hotel Bookings
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to contracts for the temporary rental of hotel rooms for accommodation purposes, as well as to all other services and deliveries provided to the customer by the hotel.
2. Conclusion of Contract
The contract is concluded upon acceptance of the customer’s booking request by the hotel. Acceptance may be given in writing, orally, or through conclusive action.
3. Individual Bookings
3.1 Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation: Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed arrival time.

Late cancellation: For cancellations made within 24 hours prior to arrival, 90% of the agreed room rate will be charged.

No-show: In case of a no-show, the full room rate will be charged.
3.2 Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed, payment is due at check-out, either in cash or by credit card.
4. Group Bookings
4.1 Definition
Group bookings are defined as reservations for 5 or more people (excluding families with three children) or more than 3 rooms.
4.2 Deposit
To secure the booking, a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount must be paid via bank transfer no later than two months prior to the arrival date.
4.3 Cancellation Policy

Up to 40 days before arrival: Free cancellation of the entire booking.

39 to 28 days before arrival: 50% of the booking amount will be charged.

27 to 9 days before arrival: 75% of the booking amount will be charged.

8 days or fewer before arrival: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
4.4 Participant List
The customer agrees to provide the hotel with a complete list of participants no later than 14 days prior to arrival.
5. Corporate Bookings
5.1 Letter of Cost Coverage
For bookings made by companies, a written declaration of cost coverage is required, signed by a managing director or an authorized signatory.
5.2 First-Time Bookings
If there is no prior business relationship, the full accommodation amount must be paid in advance for the first booking.
6. Hotel’s Right of Withdrawal
The hotel is entitled to withdraw from the contract for objectively justified reasons, in particular if:

Force majeure or other circumstances not attributable to the hotel make the fulfillment of the contract impossible;

Rooms are booked under misleading or false information regarding essential facts;

The hotel has good reason to believe that the use of services may jeopardize the smooth operation, safety, or reputation of the hotel.
7. Liability
The hotel is liable with the due care of a prudent businessperson for its obligations under the contract. Claims for damages by the customer are excluded unless they are based on intentional or grossly negligent conduct by the hotel.
8. Final Provisions
Amendments or additions to the contract, the acceptance of the application, or these terms and conditions must be made in writing.
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be or become invalid or void, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
